An in-depth analysis of a leader’s strengths, developmental opportunities and recommendations for growth. Recommended to address the following needs:

Team Assessment and Coaching
Includes some combination of team and leader 360 assessments, executive coaching to leader and facilitated team discussions. The preferred approach to:
